We have expanded into a larger premises in Wavertree to support our continued business growth.
The business first opened its doors in 2007 in what could possibly have been the worst time for any business in the property sector due to the property market crash. 10 Years on the business has gone from strength to strength and we are busier than ever.
The new office will allow us to grow without the need to move as we take on more staff over the coming months & years. We are now more centrally located to allow us to offer a more efficient service to North & South Liverpool. We did initially think about opening a second office to cover the North of Liverpool but the more we looked into it, it didn't really fit with our plan to reduce overhead costs to be able to offer a competitive sales fee to compete with the online agents while also offering the service you would expect from a traditional high street estate.
The outlook for 2018 is to double the sales sides of the business over the next 12 months and continue to save homeowners thousands of pounds in sales fees with our fixed sales fee of £850.00.
The feedback we are receiving from customers who we have sold properties for has been fantastic and we just need continue to do what we have been doing on a much larger scale. The number of valuation leads we receive has tripled and we are slowing getting to where we want to position ourself in the market.
