The safety and wellbeing of our staff and clients is of the upmost importance to us. In line with government guidelines, our office is currently closed and staff are now working remotely.
Viewings on properties are currently suspended - We have filmed video tours of some properties which you can view on our youtube channel or by using the virtual tour link below the photographs of each property.
Tenants who had already applied for a property before lockdown can still move home if its not possible to stay in your current property. Extra measures have been put in place so contactless move in's can take place.
You can still contact our office on 0151 322 2003 and email the usual representative you deal with during normal office hours. Our staff are working from home now so there may be a slight delay in getting through on the phone, please leave a voicemail if you do not get through and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You should still report any maintenance issues as you would normally. Only emergency maintenance issues will be dealt with at this time. Property inspections have been suspended until further notice.
Your rent still needs to be paid as normal, if you cannot pay your rent on time please contact our office to let us know at your earliest convenience and we will let you know your options and assist you were possible with getting help.
For landlords who have a vacant property currently on the market we will continue to advertise and communicate with potential tenants. Where possible we have filmed video tours of some properties to send to potential tenants. Following the government guidelines we cannot currently conduct physical viewings.
For landlords who we manage a property for which is currently let we will continue to assist tenants and collect rental payments as normal. Some of our services such as property inspections and check out inspections are currently suspended as they are not deemed as essential work and pose an unnecessary risk.
For vendors who have a property on the market with us we will continue to advertise and communicate with potential buyers. Where possible we have filmed video tours of some properties to send to potential buyers. Following the government guidelines we cannot currently conduct physical viewings but will get back to people who have enquired once viewings are able to commence again.
For vendors who have already agreed a sale with a buyer we have been advised to delay sales were possible although some sales are going through. You would need to contact our office for an update on your individual situation on 0151 322 2003.
