STEP 2:
Buying a property is a big step involving a substantial long-term financial commitment, most people will fund their property purchase with a mortgage, this is basically a loan secured against a property. You can't sell the property without paying off the mortgage first and if you don't keep up the repayments the lender can repossess the property.

STEP 3:
Once you’re registered with us and have arranged a mortgage, you can now start looking at properties. Our highly trained agents will guide you through a range of properties, making suggestions on types of property and areas within Liverpool that you may like. You can then arrange to go and view these properties to see if it’s the property for you.
