As a Landlord I require, assistance in managing and letting my properties and at times a knowledgeable, balanced view of the local market and legal position. Liverpool Residential are extremely reliable, highly professional, well organised, very helpful and reasonably priced.

They recently pulled out all the stops, working over a bank holiday weekend to fast track background checks etc, prepare a Tenancy Agreement and get it signed in order that I had no gaps in occupancy (old Tenant out and new tenant in), on the same day . Their low fixed price fee, was the 1st selling point for us, but you will never know how pro active they are in selling your home until you try them.

In the past we have had experience of using 3 of the so called bigger agents on Allerton Road and I can honestly say they blow them out of the water in terms of service and proactiveness.

We were allocated Tricia as our agent and she was amazing in keeping us updated and was so proactive in selling the house.

We had a few ups and downs with the sale due to people pulling out but she always had someone else lined up within days.

Genuinely can’t recommend them enough and factoring in their low fees they would get 10 stars from me.

If we ever sell another property, we would use them without doubt and will be recommending them to friends and family.”

After two years of misery from other estate agents these guys were the ones for me. They took full control of the situation.
